I’m so excited that I finished my first KAL with plenty of time to spare! And I really enjoyed this project! The pattern was the Anniversary Sharf by Agrarian Artisan. And It was a fun and quick project. It came out so pretty! I love all the detail in it.
I did have to block it so I googled how to do it & off I went. It grew like crazy when I blocked it! I couldn’t believe it. I was glad because I had wished I had done another round of the repeat pattern. But now I’m glad I didn’t.
I didn’t have anything long enough to put this on to dry and I didn’t want to put it on the floor to dry because of Klondike & Denali so I used my ironing board and folded it in half. It seemed to work ok. But I really am going to need to get some of those blocking mats! Not sure if you can see in the background that is my messy, messy yarn stash. Well, part of it. I have a few more bins on the other side of the room. LOL
Now want to look for a hat pattern to go with it since I have left over yarn and I think this would be a great set. I was searching through Ravelry for something that was a garter stitch pattern since the non-lace part of this is garter stitch and there are a few but I haven’t decided yet on which one I would do.
Here are more pictures of my scarf. I totally love it! The model is my daughter. 🙂
I also finished another dishcloth.
And that is little Denali taking a look at it. I think she likes it.
